* There is a maximum of 13 "Older & Ligher" participants permitted per team in the Jr. Pee Wee through Jr. Midget divisions.

All participants are tentatively placed until the San Diego Youth Football and Cheer Conference has its official weight certification. Teams are not finalized until the official weight and roster certifications.


Fees

  • Flag Football - $200
  • Tackle Football - $290
  • All Cheer - $200  BASIC CHEER UNIFORMS ARE NOW INCLUDED IN REGISTRATION FEE.

All fees include: practice uniforms, game uniforms, referee fees, insurance, one day cheer camp for cheerleaders, basic picture package, trophy, assessment fees, and use of football gear. Basic Cheer uniforms are now included in registration fee.

Sibling discount may apply. Payment plan may be available please inquire at registration.


Required Documents - Bring these to Registration:

1. Player Photo (3)- If you use a digital photo for the contract picture it MUST be a clear image, head shot only.  Please bring (3) 1x1 inch head shots to registration. Color photo only please.
2. Player Birth Cerificate (3 photocopies)-  Please bring original birth certificate or passport for verification and provide (3) copies of original, certified birth certificate or passport.
3. Two (2) Proofs of Residency (3 photocopies of each proof)- 2 different proofs of residency, these may be copies but we will need to keep them. Acceptable forms include utility bills, rental agreements, mortgage statement, etc.
4. Report Cards (3 photocopies)- you may bring in a recent report card but the end of year report card from June 2010 must also be turned in no later than July 2010.
5. Registration Fees- Cash, Money Order, Cashiers or bank checks and personal checks accepted. Make checks payable to Bonita Buccaneers or (BYFC)

League Provided Documents: Complete these items at registration.

Player Contract-
This a triplicate form and needs to be completed at registration.
Physical Form- This is a triplicate form that needs to be picked up at registration and be completed by a physician.
Gear/Equipment Order Form- One (1) Copy
Policies and Guidelines Form-  One (1) Copy
Photo Release Form-  One (1) Copy
Signed Parent Code of Conduct-  One (1) Copy
